SOLD in 7 days! Over asking!! I'm thrilled for my Sellers and so relieved that we were able to wrap this up so quickly in this uncertain market and kick off to the year. This was not an easy breezy multiple offer situation of yesteryear where Sellers had all the power. No. Behind the scenes, Buyers are reticent, demanding, cautious, and careful. Understandably. Still, things are moving. It's a positive result for all involved. It's heartwarming to know a sweet family who appreciates the vintage charm will be moving in and making it their own. And my Sellers will be able to move onto their gorgeous forever country home with its own stream in the backyard that I helped them buy this summer! Yahoo!

SOLD! W03 Keelesdale-Eglinton West 7 Days on the market. Sold for 105% of the list price.
JUST OUT NOW! This adorable 3 bedroom home has vintage flair and all the modern updates to set your mind at ease. Lots of upgrades and invisible stuff like insulation and new furnace, AC, windows, custom kitchen, etc the works! It's in a humble good honest hood, but with a glam cozy refuge! Not to be missed is the deliberately untouched 70s bathroom under the stairs with a kapow wallpaper!! Zowie! Open house this weekend, Jan.10,11, 2-4pm. Come see it for yourself!
SOLD! Woo! Done! This Brockton Village beauty went fast and I'm thrilled for the Sellers who worked so hard. It was a special one, and even though there was no parking, we managed to sell it quickly and at a great price! There are buyers out there, but they are discriminating and in no rush. Regardless, the fact remains that people want to live in Toronto (especially Brockton V, but I'm biased) and you're more likely to beat the competition by making your place stand out. This was one of those places with great bones... and a little bit of elbow grease. I know the new buyer is going to LOVE relaxing in that gorgeous magic garden.

OUT NOW! This home was so much fun to work with! The vibe is so peaceful and the secret garden in the back makes you feel like you're transported to a park! You definitely have to FEEL this home, even though the pics are good; it has such a calming effect on the nervous system! The dappled sunlight in the primary bedroom alone with its muted colours and bay window! Phew! Want to see if I'm lying? Come to the open house this weekend Sept. 13&14, 2-4pm.
