It was a special one, and even though there was no parking, we managed to sell it quickly and at a great price! There are buyers out there, but they are discriminating and in no rush. Regardless, the fact remains that people want to live in Toronto (especially Brockton V, but I'm biased) and you're more likely to beat the competition by making your place stand out. This was one of those places with great bones... and a little bit of elbow grease. I know the new buyer is going to LOVE relaxing in that gorgeous magic garden.
